Annual monitoring survey of
Nemalionopsis tortuosa in Kagoshima Prefecture was conducted, and
Nemalionopsis tortuosa was confirmed for the first time from northwestern part of the prefecture.
オキチモズクの繁茂期なので土日などに各地を訪れていますが，鹿児島県環境技術協会の方が昨年始めて見つけた出水市の生育地を見てきました。昨年は標本を見ただけだったので，現地での確認は始めてです。
It was a small irrigation canal that was located at a rural village in Izumi City, northwestern part of Kagoshima Prefecture.
出水市の某所の用水路です。

オキチモズクはコンクリート三面張りの用水路でよく見られますが，湧き水などの水源付近や水のきれいな場所に限られます。この生育地もコンクリート三面張りでした。

チャイロカワモズクもたくさんはえていました。
