Field survey for diurnal change of photosynthesis（日出から日没までの調査）

Field survey for the diurnal change of the photosynthesis was conducted in Kagoshima Bay. Indeed, it was carried out from the sunrise through sunset.
光合成の日変化を明らかにするため，日出から日没まで水中で光合成を測定しました。

Survey was started after 30 minutes of the sunrise. 
桜島の山頂から日の出です。日の出前からSCUBAを準備するなんて初めてです。

Study site is located within the walking distance from my lab. Measurement was conducted every hour during the daytime using Diving-PAM.
12時間以上の長丁場になるため，日出から午前中は私が測定しました。お昼からは院生に交代してもらうつもりでしたが，私は結局最後までいることになり，14時間近く海にいました。

午後7時前，ようやく夕暮れです。この調査は本当に疲れましたが，達成感はありました。
