Survey of two Zostera species using Diving-PAM（アマモ，コアマモの調査）

 The field survey regarding the dehydration tolerance of two seagrass, Zostera japonica and Zostera marina, was conducted in kagoshima Bay. It was the MS research of Tatamidani-kun.
ヒジキの調査に続いて，アマモとコアマモの乾燥耐性をフィールドで調査してみました。M1のT谷君の修論です。

 Still tide is high, but he started the survey. Weather was fine with clear sky.
コアマモとアマモが一緒に生えているところはほとんどないのですが，ここはコアマモ群落にアマモが点在しています。

He is measuring the leaf of Zostera by Diving-PAM. 

 At the ebb tide, water was quickly disappeared within a couple of minutes.
アマモ場は高低差が少ないので，潮が引くときはすぐですね。

We laid the transect line on the seagrass bed, and also measured it along the line.

Before the sunset, the water was came back quickly.
この日も6時間以上におよぶ調査になりましたが，無事に終了しました。
鹿児島に戻ってからは研究室のコンパでしたが，ビールが美味かった！
学生さんはそれぞれ1日の調査ですが，私はヒジキに続く2日連続の調査でした。
